Accessibility
A reporting channel only works if every employee can use it. Accessibility is a product requirement at ARIA, not an afterthought.
Last updated: August 3, 2026
Our standard
We design and build toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA across this website, the reporter-facing channels, and the Client Admin Portal: text contrast at AA or better, body text at 16px or larger, touch targets of at least 44 pixels, visible focus states on every interactive element, and full keyboard operability including menus, accordions, and forms.
Multiple ways to report
Accessibility also means channel choice. Concerns can be reported by voice (24/7, in multiple languages, with no menu to navigate), by web form, or by QR code, so employees can use whichever channel works for their abilities and circumstances. Status and severity indicators always pair color with a text label, so information is never conveyed by color alone.
Reduced motion
Animation on our sites is brief and non-essential, and it is disabled entirely for visitors whose devices request reduced motion.
Ongoing work and feedback
Accessibility is continuous. If you encounter a barrier anywhere in our product or on this site, tell us and we will work to fix it: ReMyLL, LLC, 625 Kenmoor Ave SE, Ste 350, Grand Rapids, MI 49546, or send us a message.
