What buyers ask first.
The questions that come up in nearly every evaluation, answered directly. Your answer may already be here.
Ask us directly ↑01How is ARIA different from a traditional hotline vendor?+
A traditional service takes a message and forwards it. Your reviewer then has to re-interview the reporter just to establish basic facts. ARIA conducts the intake itself. It asks the follow-up questions a trained reviewer would ask, and the structured case file exists before the call ends.
02Is the AI making compliance decisions?+
No. ARIA prepares the case file and proposes a category and severity; your team makes the call. Anything the AI suggests can be changed, every change is recorded, and decisions about people always rest with a person.
03What about anonymous reporters?+
Anonymous reporting is the default, and identity is never inferred. Each submission returns a reference number and an access code, which the reporter uses to check status, add information, or answer a follow-up question through a two-way channel without identifying themselves.
04How does data residency work?+
Your data is hosted in the United States by default, with a Canadian residency option available. Data stays in the region you select, encrypted in transit and at rest, and our subprocessor list is available on request.
05What happens if we switch providers?+
You keep everything. Full case history, attachments, and audit logs all export in standard formats. Nothing is locked in the platform, and your records travel with you intact after the transition.
06Does ARIA investigate the reports it takes?+
No. ARIA captures, structures, and routes every report, so your reviewers open a complete case file. Investigating the case and reaching findings stays with your team or your counsel, where the judgment and the accountability belong.
