Before you choose.
Voice starts at $6,000 per year, covering one entity and up to 3 facilities. Additional facilities and entities are priced in bands, so your cost per facility goes down as you add more. We scope it with you and put it in writing before you sign.
A facility is a physical location with its own posted reporting notice and routing: a building, campus, or site. An entity is a legal or governance boundary that needs its own routing, branding, retention, and reporting: separate operating companies, joint ventures, or divisions that report separately.
No. Minutes are unlimited on Voice and Enterprise, and reviewer seats are unlimited on every plan. Your cost does not go up because your program is working.
Facility 4 moves you to Voice. Your full paid term credits toward the Voice annual price, with no proration. Growing mid-term does not reprice you; your bracket holds until renewal.
Yes. Number porting is included on Voice and Enterprise on a 12-month or longer term. Your case history comes over too.
6 years on Basic and Voice, with automatic scheduled export to your systems and pre-deletion notice at 90, 30, and 7 days. Enterprise retention is configured to your record policy. On termination, you get a full export.
Yes, at signature, on every plan, if required.
No. ARIA operates content-blind. Our personnel cannot access case content without your documented, scoped, and time-limited authorization, and every access is logged.
No. ARIA uses AI to transcribe, summarize, and suggest a category and severity. A human reviewer on your team adjudicates every determination. High-severity reports always escalate; routing floors cannot be turned off.
