Cookies and tracking technologies
This policy covers cookies and the related technologies a website can use to observe a visit: pixels, tags, session recording, and chat tools. The terms below describe each one, whether or not we use it.
Our legal basis
Under privacy and anti-wiretapping laws, including the California Invasion of Privacy Act and the Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, we treat your interactions with this website as confidential communications between you and us. In practice that means no third party is permitted to intercept, record, or receive the contents of your visit in real time, and nothing you type, click, or scroll is shared with an outside party for that party's own purposes. Where a service provider processes information on our behalf, it acts only on our instructions and is not permitted to use what it receives for advertising or profiling.
Privacy standards and anonymous reporting
ReMyLL, LLC builds privacy-first software infrastructure, including ARIA HOTLINE®.
When a reporter uses an anonymous intake channel through ARIA HOTLINE®, we deploy no advertising, tracking, or cross-site profiling cookies, and no analytics of any kind.
Session tokens used during intake exist only to maintain the active session and to issue the secure reference code that lets a reporter return to a case. No personal metadata, internet protocol addresses, or device identifiers are tied to an anonymous report submission.
The cookies we use
Four categories operate across our Services. Only strictly necessary and security cookies are set before you make a choice.
No data sales and no advertising trackers
ReMyLL, LLC does not sell, rent, or lease user data. We run no third-party advertising networks, behavioral tracking pixels, or data broker trackers across our platforms or corporate websites.
All-party consent states: California and Pennsylvania
California and Pennsylvania both require the consent of all parties before a communication is recorded or its contents are disclosed to a third party. The California Invasion of Privacy Act and the Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act have each been applied to website session recording and third-party tracking technology. Our practices are built so that the consent question does not arise.
Consent is requested before any analytics cookie is set, and your choice is recorded with a timestamp. You may change that choice at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer of this page. California residents also hold rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Those rights, and how to exercise them, are described in our Privacy Policy.
We honor Global Privacy Control signals. A browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a declination of analytics, and no analytics cookie is set, even if consent was given earlier. Google Analytics data is processed under Google's terms as our service provider; we do not permit it to be used for advertising, remarketing, or cross-site profiling.
Managing your cookie preferences
You control how cookies are stored on your device. Your browser can block cookies, clear them, or alert you when one is set.
Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect platform functionality or access to secure areas.
Policy updates
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technical standards, operational practices, or applicable state and federal law. Updated versions are posted to this page with a revised date.
